aaronAaron Crider | New Day

Aaron Crider has two passions. He loves worship and leading others into the presence of God. And he's also very passionate about social justice. His new CD, The Change, offers listeners a chance to reflect on our Creator but also reminds us to put that love into action for others.

Crider's worship comes even through season of adversity. In the last 10 years, he and his wife and endured financial struggles and the loss of family members, including a set of twins in miscarriage and a baby boy during early labor. Since then, they have had two daughters and a son.

But even in the midst of his heartache, Crider worshipped the God he serves. And on this new CD, listeners will enter into God's presence through songs such as "Hallelu," "You Reign" and "Bless Your Name."

Crider's desire to help others has led him to be involved with Mission of Mercy, which fights human trafficking. His song "One Child Matters" has been chosen as Mission of Mercy's theme song for their artist program. He is also active with Project AK47, an organization that rescues and rehabilitates child soldiers in Latin America and Southeast Asia.

This artist uniquely leads us in worship, yet also reminds us that true worship is love in action.
